Deepfake Technology: Navigating Ethics in the Age of Synthetic Media

A Critical Analysis of Technology, Society, and Moral Responsibility

Explore the Project

About Our Project

The ethical issues raised by deepfake technology are explored in our project, which looks at how artificial intelligence technology could be used to generate extremely realistic images and videos that were entirely invented by the technology. With the rise of this technology, the world now grapples with significant ethical concerns about truth, consent, and accountability in the digital era.

Using practical case studies and ethical principles, we will examine the consequences of deepfake technology on society, including its impact on democracy, individual privacy, and interpersonal trust. We will also consider the social implications and recommendations for policymakers and individuals to address these ethical challenges.
